Total Mens Primary Care - Cedar Park

I am a middle-aged man experiencing issues that middle-aged men experience. (catch my drift? ) I’ve been to this facility and have received absolutely no help with these issues. The first physician I saw just threw very low dose pills at my problem, but came with no solutions or any explanations. At my second visit, I was seen by a different physician while sitting in a room with giant posters that advertised my exact problems. It was very difficult for her to understand my difficulties and my frustration and really had no course of action to take to find out what was wrong with me. After coming up with ideas myself, I suggested to maybe have a testosterone test done, the physician explained there was an extra cost, which was nominal. I agreed because I am desperately trying to figure out what’s going on with my condition. I was fine with that and decided to have the test despite the extra $75 I was told I would be spending extra. I left the office after no real answers at all. There was no follow up by this doctors office once the tests were received. The only response I got was from the laboratory which came with a bill of over $1500 for this test which I thought I had already paid for at the front desk.The advertising of this place to help you with your male issues is extremely misleading. They are no better able to serve you than any other regular clinic out there. They seem to have no idea how to help and they don’t bother even trying. Don’t waste your time or your money on this facility. Take your business elsewhere perhaps to a clinic that is not attached to a strip mall. At this point in time, I have not received any follow up whatsoever at all or any consultation about how to proceed with care of my condition. I would love to request my money back that I have spent with this facility on my last two visits. It would help pay for my enormous lab costs. This was a complete waste of my time, money, and efforts and now I’m stuck with a $1500 bill and the same symptoms I walked there with.

My First visit to Total Mens Of Cedar Park. The front office staff greeted me with a welcome and bright smiles. No soon as I checked in i was asked to have a seat in the waiting room , but before I could sit, my named was called . Basic info regarding my visit was requested Blood pressure check etc, And before I could turn around the on Duty Doctor a Retired Navy Officer was there. He checked me out sent Me to Long Horn Imaging for X-rays and it was Just a great visit for me being a Retired Army Veteran.

Abysmal communication prior to the appointment. Apparently even if you visit other Total Mens locations, you have to update your PCP to the location youre visiting prior to showing up. This is information that should be communicated prior to a patient showing up. After sitting on the phone with my insurance in the waiting room for nearly 30 mins, I finally updated the information and could be seen for my appointment. Very inefficient and ineffective treatment of your patients, Total Mens. May be time for me to find a new doctor to partner with. I cannot recommend this location, at least. Staff coaching needed.

I usually go to a different location but this one was closer. The staff was very friendly and amazing. I was able to get my injection and be out of there within five minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Had a great experience here. I came in for an annual physical (first in like a decade.)Im notoriously hard to draw blood from and the nurse got it first try!! I cant say how awesome that is. Had a few things looked at and got some good advice. 🤘

Seemed great upfront but turned into a horrible experience.I went in to find a new primary MD and to try their mental health services and the initial appt set up ok.At the first telehealth visit, I showed up 10 minutes early and five minutes into the actual appointment I was sent a payment link from an unknown number and when I apparently didn’t click it fast enough, I was kicked out of the appointment and was told I was a no-show by a rep named Kurt. I have never had to pay up front and was never warned that I would need to.Since then, I’ve been trying to get anyone to connect me with that team again so I can reschedule and make sure I’m not going to be charged but no one will return my calls or emails (looking at you Cassandra Wright in customer support ).I get that mistakes happen but it’s crazy to me that no one will answer an email or phone call…

I had a bad experience with this office 5 years ago, and I thought I would give them another chance, big mistake. I haven’t been charged for a flu shot ever, this place ended up charging me $130 when insurance covers it.They have yet to respond to my messages questioning this, for being a new patient I thought they weren’t very friendly or inviting.

Had my first visit today. They have a really friendly staff and I feel like the doctor actually listened to what I said instead of guessing whats wrong to get me out as quick as possible.

When looking for a primary physician I opted for Total Mens Primary Care in Cedar Park because they are conveniently located and offer weekend availability. This is incredibly convenient for me. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was kind, engaging and personable. I waited maybe 3-5 minutes before the nurse saw me and completed my intake. The Doctor soon saw me after my intake and was thorough and informative and we have a plan in place. I may have spent a total of 20 minutes in office. Between the online intake forms and the efficiency I felt my appointment was handled, I felt like my time was respected by the entire team, without ever feeling like I was being rushed through a process.

They made me feel very comfortable and like I wasn’t just another patient. I was a great appointment and felt like they actually cared about me.

Very disappointed. We have other family members who use them and been satisfied but my elderly father in law was turned away because he has Medicare advantage insurance. I drove up from Luling and I was only able to fill out the online paperwork when I picked him up 30 minutes before his appointment because I didn’t have any of his information.The lady at the front desk (Noelle same receptionist from previous reviews) was standoffish when I said he should be checked in. Then she asked if he had Medicare Advantage and then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have a contract and the only doctor that could see him was downtown. I pointed out how the sign in very large letters say ALL MAJOR INSURANCE to which she informed me he should go to urgent care and if I had filled out the forms earlier she would have called me. I live in Luling and no reason to believe his insurance would not be accepted when they have everywhere ALL MAJOR INSURANCE accepted.Huge disappointment and the lack of empathy for an 89 year old man being told he had to leave was unacceptable and poorly handled.

I just left Total Mens Primary Care -Cedar Park and I would recommend it to anyone. Geoff was awesome he doesnt know it but he just became my PCP!

Ive been looking for a primary care physician but all of their upcoming appointments were months out. I was able to schedule a first time appointment with Total Mens for the following week! I was also impressed by the doctor because they were extremely health conscious and understood exercise and diet. Your typical doctor has never exercised a day in their life but somehow give us health advice and shove prescriptions down your throat. Im happy to have found this place!

Made an appointment here and they got me in the very next day. Quick and easy service. Will be back for sure!

I have visited several Total Men’s locations. This was my first trip to this location. Front staff and nurses were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Scheduling was super quick and easy, and I was able to do it online. After checking in, at my appointment time, there was little to no wait, which was also another huge plus! In case you do have to wait, the waiting area is stocked with drinks, snacks, TVs, and comfy sofas.The staff there were extremely friendly, and I was able to discuss with my doc about my concerns without having to feel awkward or nervous. The doc walked me through the entire procedure and what to expect. They even addressed all my concerns with confidence.Needless to say, Ill be making them my primary care center.

Awesome service and friendly staff! It feels more like a VIP lounge than your typical cold sanitized doctors office. I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. No screaming children, no Karens yelling at the helpless staff, and everyone seemed happy to be there.

I arrived early for an annual wellness appointment and they saw me within minutes. Friendly, easy to work with. The PA took time for my many questions and was thorough. I was also able to setup the appointment within a couple of days, not months as I had to with another provider.

Great location. Awesome that their open on Saturday! They seem busier on Saturday but thats 1000% expected.Only downside has been every time Ive visited while Noelle was working the front desk. I dont know if shes aware of her lack of customer service skills in a forward facing position, like working a front desk, or if she is genuinely a less than greetable person in general. Ive also watched her interactions with other customers and they are all very similar and less than friendly.For reference, customer walks in - hi Im here for a 2 oclock appointment.Noelle- (non verbal response) just looks at customer.Customer - looks confused, um for (customers name)Noelle- oh ok, I have more than one 2 oclock appointment so youre gonna have to give me more than just that.As I watched this, and experienced some version myself, how is the customer to know how many appointments you have?Are you unable to simply greet customers walking in and ask for their name or is that not part your job at the front desk?While I choose to believe its not your intent to be less that friendly to customers, Im also at a loss trying to find a reason for the demeanor displayed repeatedly. Despite every one else being great, Ithink Ill only visit this location when absolutely necessary Saturdays)to avoid the unfriendly attitude.

Love the team here at Primary Care at Cedar Park. I came in late and they still accommodated me, my wellness exam was good, Jeff my NP was very thorough and knowledgeable and the front office staff were nice and welcoming 👍 I highly recommend this clinic for all your men’s health needs 🙏

Although the staff were friendly enough the overall experience felt less professional that what I would expect at a doctors office. Would have preferred to meet with a MD instead of NP. Care seemed rushed.

Super great visit at the Cedar park facility. Jeff was great. The nurse asked what kind of music I liked to listen to. Next think I know Jeff comes through the door with a Bluetooth player jamming Black Label Society. Fugg yea! Is all I said.

Went in for a Covid test. Scheduled the appointment online and completed all paperwork in advance, which was very efficient and to the point. Arrived and was greeted in a warm manner and offered snacks/beverages while waiting for my appointment. The wait was not long as all, and the whole process was very quick! Staff was very friendly and personable. As promise, received my results within an hour and they even followed up afterward. Will definitely be coming back!

I came here 10 years ago and received top notch service from these professionals, and I recently received top notch service again hear. Now if that doesnt tell you something then nothing will. One more thing, the doctors here will actually listen to your problem or whatever is ailing you and not try and make it into something else. They will stay focused on what you come in there for and nothing else, but you have to stay focused and allow them to help you.Webb E

I’ve been going to Total Men’s Primary care for a couple years now. The staff and medical professionals are always courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. They’re more than just a place for your TRT and I recommend them for your general primary care needs as well. I really like the flexibility in being able to walk into any office in Texas (there are many locations) and know that I will get the care I need. Total Mens is my go-to for proactive and personalized healthcare. Highly recommended!

My son and I were able to walk in to this location for a covid test. The check-in process was easy and my son was excited about the snack and drink bar he got to access while we waited. The wait was short and the nurse that took us in was so friendly. She made my us feel at ease and I always appreciate when people speak directly to my son. We had results within the hour. Highly recommend!

Update: After submitting this review, I very quickly received a call, voicemail and email informing me that what I had been stating that the charges were invalid was correct and the bill would be removed. I am thankful for Taylor Campos doing her due diligence and clearing this up. In doing so, I have changed my star rating from 1 to a 3 star experience.**Beware of invalid billing and fraudulent insurance charges from the clinic.**Total Mens Primary Care informed me that I had 2 invoices outstanding, one for a charge regarding a blood draw that wasn’t covered during my annual physical, which was correct and due. The other for a “visit” with a doctor that never happened.The “visit” was a 2 minute blood draw that the office requested that I come back and complete. There were no conversations with a physician besides your brief formalities of being courteous and welcoming. I have spoken with multiple associates without resolution.The company processed this “visit” with my insurance company as well, which seems pretty fraudulent as well.

Went in for a Covid test. The staff was professional and friendly and the process was really easy and quick. I also appreciated the text reminders for the appointment and I was able to complete registration in advance further speeding up the process. And I got my test results really quickly via text as well. Overall, a great experience!

I had to come in to get checked out since I was feeling under the weather. Ive been using Total Care Primary for over a year now and was referred to this location. Had to find a new place because my old PCP dropped me after not visiting for more than three years. Found Total Men’s Primary Care because of TV commercials and thought I’d try them out. Booked an appointment three days from finding them online. Super easy transition, welcoming staff, easy enrollment, and the Doc was great. Shout out to Geoff Hughes at the Cedar Park location on Whitestone for great, down to earth bed side manner.

Had my annual check up it’s one of the best experiences Ive had yet. The office is clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. No one ever made me feel rushed like other places in the past. The provider Jeff is a cool, it’s like talking to one of the guys. This location is my go to place. It’s convenient and I’ve never had to wait. Highly recommended!

I went to Total Mens Care as a new patient and as a walk-in for a rapid COVID test, since Im not feeling well and I care for susceptible parents. The front staff was very friendly. As I waited outside, I was given instructions on how to register online and once I went in they called me immediately. Inside everything looked clean. The nurse that administered the test was friendly and gentle. On the way out (I waited in my car for test results) they offered snacks from their lounge. I received a follow up text with printable results within 20m. The whole visit was fast and convenient. Thank you for seeing me today!

Got my DOT medical certification here. The staff was professional and respected my time. Did most of my paperwork online before I arrived at the primary care. Upon arrival was immediately seen and started the examination. Took about half an hour to complete and everything was provided. I would recommend going here for your DOT needs.

I made a same-day appointment and got there late, but they were still able to work me in and the check-in was easy, the scheduling online was easy and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I setup an appointment the day before and visited the men’s clinic. The visit was smooth and was handled without any delays or hickups. They took the insurance information and billed my insurance. The waiting area is quite nice with free coffee and snacks. The staff was professional and performed tests pretty quickly. Overall, very nice place.

Seems like a very good place to go. I was comfortable and didnt wait very long just a couple of minutes maybe. The nurses seem capable and knowledgeable. The doctor was down-to-earth and very easy to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable. Overall it was a good experience I hate going to doctors offices but this was painless and convenient. They also have snacks in their waiting room which they call the lounge which is pretty awesome in of itself

During Covid I went a couple of times to be tested for Covid at the Total Men’s Primary Care, and even though I am not a man, I was treated very well. They were efficient and I didn’t have a long wait either even though I went in as a walk-in each time. It’s also very clean and conveniently located next to H.E.B.

Super easy precession and the Doctor and staff was friendly. I went in with out insurance and they were open about cost and didn’t try to get me to do unnecessary stuff thst would cost me more. Very affordable as well for out of pocket.

Had a vist for my first time and I was baffled by the atmosphere. To my suprise it didnt stop there. The staff was super nice and the doctor actully treated me like a person rather than an object. I have been looking for a good primary care for the better part of 15 years and Total Mens is who im sticking with.

As a new patient, check in was super easy with a QR code. I was able to do everything on my phone including copies of my insurance and DL. Front desk staff was really nice. The entire office was super clean and I was called 10 min EARLY for my appointment time! Results in 30 min as they said. Very grateful!

I strongly recommend Total Mens Primary Care and this facility easily beats the traditional big ones by removing many hurdles that we go through at other hospitals. Dr.Geoff Hughes is an outstanding doctor who treats patients with compassion and care and very easy to talk to. The staff truly care about the patients. Monica, who drew blood from me, did the very best blood-draw that I ever had in my life and I am not young and had many before. The front desk is courteous and helpful. We need more hospitals like this. If anyone asks me where to see a doctor in Austin area, I will tell them to go to Total Mens Primary Care.

Easy to make the appointment and had many options available. Good visit overall. Was seen on time and nurse was professional. I only got a flu shot but I was in and out quickly. I appreciate they have drinks and snacks available in their waiting area

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff and doctor were all nice and helpful. In and out in no time.

I have done several tests here including COVID and the antibody test. I was checked in and seen pretty quickly. Results of the tests were quick as well. So far highly recommended for these visits as their staff are courteous and professional. I haven’t been seen for typical primary care stuff yet, but wouldn’t hesitate based off my experiences.

Very kind staff and quick service. they had their doors locked when i arrived at 1:58pm for my 2pm appointment and the woman i made eye contact with waited until exactly 2pm to unlock for me. apparently they have a lunch break from 1pm-2pm, though no sign outside explained the situation, causing slight concern and mild awkwardness. once inside everybody was extremely friendly. the office was clean and they offered me access to their snack bar while i waited for my covid test results. would recommend for anybody looking for quick turnaround covid results.

I really like this place. I have been quickly seen after arrival (at my appointment time). Once, I requested a short notice visit and they fit me into the schedule. The Dr was very quick and efficient. Almost too quick and efficient LOL! He did a good exam on my foot, spoke to me about why he was recommending what he did, and gave me all the relevant information and then some. I have been back multiple times and this is now my general physician.

So I started with 5 stars and deducted one for 2 minor things. For the most part, everything is great. Geoff is a truly awesome, kind, caring guy. He is the doctor I see for most visits. Fun guy to talk to.The billing situation there would be my only gripe. Basically, there were some issue with my copays and I got surprised with a not-so-small bill that I had no idea was coming.Otherwise, I have great experiences there. If there is ever anything they cant fix, everybody they have referred me to has been great as well. I totally recommend THIS location.I wont go into detail in this review, but some other locations are... not so great.

It was a very easy, quick, and painless experience. My appointment was at 2:25 PM. I walked in at 2:23, was in the exam room for the test before 2:30, had my results 15 minutes later and was pulling out of the parking lot by 2:45—that is the complete truth ! Receptionists were friendly, the assistant was efficient and thorough, and the doctor was friendly and professional. All in all, as good an experience as one could ask for when it comes to a doctor’s office visit. I highly recommend Total Men’s !

I had my first appointment yesterday and now see why they have great reviews. Its everything you want from a primary health provider. ALL the staff is nice and helpful. I just felt like this was a perfect fit me and my health needs. Ask for Geoff Hughes, hes the extremely throughout and tells it how it is. I was extremely happy with my visit and happy I found them. I will be referring them to anyone I know.

The staff was AWESOME! We arrived without appointments and they took us in for the Covid testing. We waited maybe 5 minutes before we were seen. On a side note... I also highly recommend them because of their GREAT snacks. It was lunch time and we were hungry. They have a variety of snacks and drinks to pick from!

I had a pleasant (as pleasant as a COVID-19 test is lol) experience at Total Men’s Primary Care - Cedar Park. All employees were so friendly! I went to get a COVID test to make sure it was safe to visit my parents out of of town and I was a little nervous. Diana was so friendly, quick and professional and really calmed my nerves. My test was negative and I got the results in 20 minutes. Would recommend.

The facility is very clean and comfortable, while the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. Going to a visit here is the only time I don’t dread going to the doctor. If you don’t like needles and have to get your blood drawn then Ashley is the person for you. She is extremely gentle, and fast. Unfortunately I have needed to have my blood drawn a bunch of times many different places, and Ashley is by far the best. The doctors are understanding and very easy to talk to, and they actually listen to what is going on with me, which is much different than most doctor offices. Hands down best clinic ever!

I am from out of town and wanted to get a rapid Covid test before my flight back tomorrow. I found their website and navigated it easily, booking an appointment. When I arrived I was greeting warmly and filled out a 5 minute application. The place is extra-clean and staff very pleasant. I received my results in 20 minutes!!!

Fantastic experience! Requested an appointment at 8am & was in by 10:45. Once I arrived, I was called back immediately & done within 5 minutes. I had my test results (Covid) within 20mins of getting tested. I would definitely use this facility again, found it because a friend also got tested there & had a good experience.

Excellent clinic to get a quick COVID test. I was able to schedule a next day appointment, and there were plenty of times available. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I was in and out in 25 minutes with my results in hand, and it was covered by insurance with a $20 visit fee. Highly recommend for quick peace of mind!

I went in yesterday without an appointment and they got me in after about an hour wait and I got my results after about 15min. I have a toddler at home, so I really wanted the results before I took him back to school even though I wasn’t showing any symptoms. The staff was great, the location was super clean and full of complimentary snacks and drinks. Highly recommend!

Went for a routine checkup since they have a location near my home and one opening near my office. Was a great experience overall. Everything is electronic so my new patient forms were a breeze. The waiting area is nicely adorned with comfortable seating, complimentary water, nice TVs. Staff were super friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend to others.

Very professional and courteous. I have tough veins and when the first nurse couldn’t get to them on the first try, she politely asked another nurse to step in, who got it done easily. This goes a LONG way with me as I know my veins are hard to get to and most nurses keep trying which can be dangerous. Good on you all!!!The Nurse Practitioner was very clear and thorough with his examination. Can’t say enough how professional these folks were.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!THANKS!!!

My visit was very quick and seamless. I was really impressed with their safety measures which included filling out forms online from your own phone as well as for COVID testing patients not keeping you in the building for very long. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

First time coming here. Was able to swap my PCP to here via Tricare Prime. The front desk lady explained it real good and the nurses and stuff were cool. My Dr was easy to talk to and with this place you can easily get all the referrals and care you need.If youre a Mil Ret and are sick of the VA. COME HERE.

I didn’t feel so good on this day, I thought it was just my allergies. I was talking with a friend, and they suggested I should get tested I may have Covid. They suggested Total Men it was quick and easy. My result came back quickly through a text message on my phone. By the way let say love how the paperwork process is here. Everything is done from your phone. Love it! So no passing of germs. The people there was nice and friendly as well. They also was able to answer my questions, and put me at ease. I want to thank each and everyone of you including the lady who took the test, for making a miserable moment in my life a pleasant experience. Thank you

My whole family went here to get tested for a trip that we were taking overseas. We found out about total men’s and the fact that they did Covid testing through a friend, because we had tried to get scheduled in other places like CVS, Walgreens, etc. While those other places offered testing, the communication about it was horrible, and it was very difficult to find anything out or find a place that actually would give you a test. Contrasted with total men’s, it was easy to schedule, and each one of us were in and out in just a few minutes. To be honest, I was very shocked. We also got our results in less than an hour. They say one hour to two hours but I have now been tested there three times, and every time I got my results in less than an hour. Each clinic always has friendly staff, and throughout the process, they make it very easy.

Great first stop for any medical issues you may have! I walked in for a COVID-19 test without an appointment and was out with my results in less than an hour! Friendly staff. Check-in was easy. They accept all major insurance, so after my copay and a short wait, I was being tested and I had the results within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

I really like the Total Mens Primary Care clinic in Cedar Park. First off - Saturday Hours! The online appointment scheduling was easy. By the time I got there, I had already given them all my insurance information online, so check-in was also easy. The appointment was on-time and quick but not rushed.Most of all, any fears I had about a possible Bro-dude vibe were unfounded, at least at the Cedar Park location. They have women working there, and everyone was friendly. Im going back there again.

My visit was great. Felt comfortable the entire time. The provider genuinely cared for my concerns and took actions accordingly. The nurses were great and also made me feel comfortable. Overall great experience and will be returning for primary care.

My husband and I went this location for Pre-cruise COVID testing. Neither of us had ever been there before but they are close to our home and one of the only facilities offering rapid results. All paperwork was done online prior to our visit so when we walked in a few minutes prior to our appointment time we were immediately seated and only waited about 2 minutes to be seen. We were both done within another two minutes and out the door by our actual appointment time. Everyone was friendly and we received our results as promised in 15 minutes! Couldn’t have been easier and we will use TMH again for our trip next month.

I went to Total Mens Primary Care in Cedar Park today for a COVID Rapid test. The facility is very attractive and spotlessly clean. I was able to be tested quickly and efficiently. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient. I was seen promptly and everyone there was very friendly and professional.

Was looking to get a Covid-19 Rapid test and was able to get an appointment here at Total Mens Primary Care. The facility was very clean and modern. The staff was very courteous and professional. Thankfully, the test itself was fast and over in no time. Highly recommended.

What a great clinic! I have gone to the one in New Braunfels and came to Cedar Park since I couldn’t make it down there and it’s like they already knew me. There were no hiccups or confusion. Usually I’d have to explain everything and it would take a lot longer than my normal appointments but they have this system locked tight! It wasn’t any longer than my usual appointment. Thanks for the awesome service and great hospitality!

Great spot to go if you want a quick and easy doctors visit. Wasn’t too busy at all, they had snacks and drinks in the waiting room accompanied by 2 flat screen TVs to watch the game. The ladies working there are very nice and helpful and i didn’t have to wait one minute for my appointment. Easy 5 stars

Was really surprised to find this place. I had never seen it before but I needed a COVID test and they were one of the few places to do walk-in testing. I was able to walk in as a new patient, quickly fill out the paperwork and get the test and got results all in about 30-40 mins. The nurse that did the test was AMAZING it definitely did not hurt! Everyone there is so nice and they have a whole stocked lobby with drinks and snacks. I will definitely be making this location one of my primary care facilities!

The appointment went very well, I arrived a little early to finish any paperwork needed. I had done it all online so I was good to go there. I was checked in quickly and was seen just a little before my appointed time which was a nice surprise. Really great experience! I booked the appointment online - so many locations and times to choose from. You receive a text and submit all of your info through their online portal. From check in to check out, I was in the office for 5 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and efficient! I would 100% recommend!

While some things were not perfect, I had initially left a very positive review since most of the people here were very nice and I felt like I should give back some of my time to talk about my positive experience; after all I really value great attitude. However, recently I got very sick and reached out to them for help. Gave them a call and Noelle, one of the people that answers the phone, quite rudely told me that there was no way they could see me for several days. Being that I had already been there for this same issue a few days before, the fact that I really needed to see a doctor and that they have several locations, I was expecting them to try harder so I told her I was disappointed and before I even finished explaining my reasons she started arguing about the fact that it was sort of my own problem and continuously tried to cut the call. I later reached out to management to express my concerns about her and the enormous importance of being able to rely on my doctors but I did not get an answer. I found another healthcare provider so I wont be coming back, I refuse to expose myself to an argument with their customer service every time I am in need healthcare. I do wish everyone else that works there and care for patients well.

They were very helpful! I got my covid-19 test and appointment on the same day and I was in and out very quickly. I got my results within 30 minutes. They even helped out my wife. They took my Tricare Insurance which was great and the office fee was very minimal. Definitely happy with the experience, I shall return in the future.

I came to Total Men’s Primary Care for an ADHA evaluation 9/2. I checked with my insurance company and verified there would be no out of pocket cost. After they completed the evaluation, I was informed a virtual interview was required with a Behavioral Health nurse practitioner, and the first available appointment saw on 9/22. I was very disappointed at that time, but made the appointment. I was to receive a text about the appointment, that never came. After calling 5 time about the missing text, I was told that I would receive a call at the appointment time. When the call never came, I called for a 6th time, when they figured out they had sent the text to a number not associated with my account. After I finally got on a virtual call, I was hit up for a $99.00 fee, because the Behavioral Health division was our of network. Stay a way for this medical provider for the sake of your mental health.

I scheduled an appointment online for a covid test. When I arrived the intake process was quick and easy. The nurse who performed the test was fantastic. Very personable and friendly. I met with the doctor briefly to review the test results. This is a great team and I would recommend Total Men’s Primary Care to anyone

Went for an antigen test for COVID-19. Scheduled online easily and filled out more in-depth information via a QR code once I arrived. Waited a few minutes and was done. I got results in under an hour. They were prompt and well organized. Would recommend.

Great experience from reservation, registration, initial nurse check in process and even better experience when meeting doctor Hughes. Theres coffee, snacks, a couple of TVs and comfortable seating. I didnt feel like I was at a stuffy doctor office, rather I was simply waiting for a good friend who happens to be a doctor.Highly recommend if youre interested in a no hassle great experience. If youre a first- time patient, walk in and be yourself. Youll certainly be welcomed.

I went for a annual check-up - Ive never been in and out of a doctors office as quickly as I was with Total Mens. As quickly as I was in and out, I felt the staff were thorough and friendly too. I definitely will be back for my annual checkup and any other medical needs I may have. Totally worth checking out. Dr. Hughes and the nursing staff were fantastic. No BS. Straight to the point.

This was the best Covid test I have had yet! The nurse was super personable and we enjoyed our chat while she administered the test. My son and I went in early this morning for a covid test. We were able to fill out our information on our cell phones/online. The wait time was very minimal. We appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the office as well. We will definitely be using Total Mens Primary Care again in the future.

I needed to book a speedy Covid test before spending time around friends and was told about the Total Mens location in Cedar Park. The scheduling and registration process was a breeze. When I arrived, I was checked in and done with the appointment in no time at all. The whole place was spotless and everyone was super nice! I will for sure use them again for testing and I’ve already recommended them to two of my friends!

This was my first visit. I recently moved back to the area and had to establish a PC physician. After checking a couple of other locations I chose Men’s Primary Care. The staff was professional, pleasant and engaging. The NP is knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I have. He also has a great wit. Needed Covid-19 testing to go on a cruise. I easily made the appointments for us two weeks before and when I needed help a real person texted me back. The day of the appointments we were the only ones and got taken in immediately. The person administering the test was very nice and professional. Though I can’t go here on a regular basis, I do recommend this practice.

I originally gave this place a 5 star review until they stole $200 from me. I was able to prove that they had fraudulently used my card to pay for medical treatment they refused to provide. I easily won the dispute because, since all calls are recorded for quality assurance , I was also legally able to record the calls. There were so many false statements made and straight up lies given, I was immediately returned the funds stolen without question. These people dont care about patients, only profit. Be warned, there are a multitude of mens clinics available, stay far away from this place, If they lie about everything, why would you trust anything they say about your health.

I went in for a scuba diving related issue. Who would have thought the Dr. would be a scuba diver as well and was able to speak directly to my needs. The staff is small, friendly, and the care is personalized. I never felt rushed and the doctor took time to explain everything that was going on. I have been looking for a new primary care provider. I think I found them.

I got a rapid COVID test at this location. I arrived 15 minutes early, they gave me my test and I was out in less than 5 minutes. I received my results within 45 mins. Very great location with friendly staff.

I conducted my first COVID19 test at this facility today. Being in my 60’s and wondering the outcome is very tense, before and after the test= waiting for the results. Total Men made the experience very comfortable and efficient. Staff was very friendly, punctual, and prepared. They even laughed at all my jokes. 😊 Actual test itself administered quickly and explained well. If needed this will be my future testing sight. I highly recommend Total Men.

I was able to book my appointment online, add my insurance information and complete the full registration process beforehand. Once I arrived, I only waited a couple minutes before I was called back, was able to get my Covid test done and wait 15 minutes for my result all under 30 mins. The Staff was very friendly and the whole process was easy peasy!! In and out!!

I walked in, filled out paperwork in 3 min. Ate a snack that was provided, got seen in about 45 seconds of being a walk-in patient. Got covid-19 tested, then walked out. All done in about 8 min. The place was well ran and super friendly and helpful. I might switch to them as my regular doctor now because of the way I was treated and how well it was ran.

Going to a Doctors office can be annoying with the wait time and then you typically see your physician for a minute or two while the nurse does most of the work. This place is great and I have only had short waiting periods so far. Scheduling appointments is simple to do online. My Dr is a pretty funny and down to earth guy so I feel comfortable talking to him about anything concerning me and my health.

This was a great place with truly friendly people! Went in for a rapid covid test and was in and out within 5 minutes and called with results within 15 min. This was a breath of fresh air for a mans health needs. The atmosphere was much like a sports bar, but with free snacks and soft drinks instead of beer!! The staff was super cool and very knowledgeable and patient. It was refreshing to be able to talk to a doctor so comfortably and openly about guy stuff. We talked for about an hour and discussed a plan for each and every one of my concerns. Priceless!!

I have nothing positives to say about my appointment here. I have been looking to change GP doctors for a while as we have moved too far away from my previous. Dr. Hughes is funny, witty and has a great manner to him. As for my physical, he was great and prodded me to tell him everything that ails me to try and help me completely. I admire his devotion to a patients time, care and willingness to want to help with issues you may have been just dealing with for years. The staff was incredibly friendly and the nurse was cracking jokes like we were old friends. For a medical visit, I enjoyed myself.

I live in East Austin and needed to see a Dr. today. I called Total Men’s my normal Dr. wasn’t available so they scheduled me with another location.. I made the trek up to the Cedar Park location today and I am sure glad I did. From the moment I walked in the young ladies at the front desk made me feel right at home. They were funny and most importantly they were helpful. The Dr. at this location was very thorough and informative and squared me right up. It’s a bummer I live across town because this would be the Total Men’s location I would go to regularly. Highly recommend this location!

I came in as a walk in after seeing online. They squeezed me in just a few hours later. Everyone was in a great mood and happy to accommodate me. I saw John Kirkus for my visit and Seth Odem for my treatment coordination. Both were very professional and cool guys. I am very happy with the visit. Will be keeping them for my primary care. Was in need of a COVID 19 test and heard on the radio about they accepted walk in appointments where other places were 1 to 2 days out. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant and got me checked in immediately. The young lady that did the test explained the process in detail before doing the test and was also pleasant.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in for a routine annual checkup and came away a month later with lab fees over 500 dollars. The doctor I saw who wasnt my regular doctor order a bunch of tests that I wasnt aware of and I am held responsible for paying a unnecessary bill for tests I didnt need. Dont set one foot in this office find a real doctors office that will be more transparent about what there doing

I was very comfortable from start to end. The doctor listened to me and completely educated me in the area of my concern, then explained options. Blood test resulted in 15 minutes so the visit was very productive. Cost of this initial visit and medication was very low also.

Had no idea this facility is for women too! My primary doctor couldn’t get me in today so a friend told me about this place. They got me in right away for a rapid Covid test. Most of these 5 star reviews are for COVID tests. If thats your reason for going, then you will probably have a fine experience. If however, you want to be able to talk to a real person over the phone, or have a phone call returned, you are out of luck. We spent months calling and leaving messages - no one has ever answered or returned our calls, not once. I made an appointment online for my husband, not knowing how much it would cost, and, unable to get ahold of anyone by phone, he finally had to just go in for the appointment and ask about the cost in person - important to know when you self-pay. He had a question after that appointment, and after 3 months, we have still not been able to get anyone on the phone.

First trip to Total Men’s Care clinic. Needed a COVID test for upcoming travels. Made appt online, super easy. Showed up and checkin process was quick and efficient, was lead back to room within 5 mins. Appreciate the staff efficiency!! Got my Rapid test and left with results (negative, thank goodness) all under 1 hour total time. Overall- great experience!!!

Walk-in as a new patient for COVID19 rapid test due to work related exposure. I work for a hospice agency and it was critical that I get tested ASAP so that I could return to seeing my patients. In and out with results in hand under 30min. Staff was incredible. All other clinics in cedar park and Georgetown area were either booked 2 days out or did not offer the rapid test!

Went for Covid testing. They have the rapid test. I got Covid and influenza (flu) test results in less than 15 minutes. You can register for an appointment by scanning a QR code, super easy. The staff were upbeat and kind. Clinic is clean and you can wait in your car or in their waiting room with free snacks. Great experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience getting our Covid tests at TotalMen’s. Booking an appointment online was super easy. The staff at the clinic was wonderful, very friendly, professional & efficient. We were in and out of there in 20 min, then received our results via text 20 min after that. I would highly recommend this clinic, and to be honest, wish it could be our primary doctor, female doctor offices never have free snacks & Redbulls!

They were kind enough to get me in even though I arrived 10 minutes late to my appt (I thought it was scheduled for then). It took just 15 min to get Covid test results. Keep in mind they only take people experiencing no symptoms. Great for health professionals & people in service industry who want to get checked.

There were snacks and drinks before I was seen, the doctor was hilarious and happy to help and the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly. The service was very fast and within 10 minutes of walking in and getting checked in the doctor was ready to see me. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing to get checked out. 10/10

Top Notch care, in a quick and convenient practice.I have always used a more formal family medicine practice before finding Total Men’s. About a year and a half ago my FNP left the practice I was at and I was left high and dry to figure things out.I needed to come in for a few reasons and based on recommendation from the CEO of my company I decided to give Total Men’s a try. I was blown away.The office is very modern, warm, and welcoming. I felt like I was in my own living room. Check in was a breeze, I filled out all the new patient paperwork on a computer and it took less than 5 min. That was awesome.I waited in a lounge with some seriously comfortable chairs. Wow, how did it take this long for medical practices to figure out a comfortable chair goes a long way? Also, the waiting area had tons of snacks and more drink options then I could imagine. Water, coffee, Gatorade, soda, juice, Red Bull, etc.It took maybe 3 minutes for me to be called back. I don’t think in my entire time there I waited for anything for more than 5 minutes. My appointment was quick, instructions were clear, everyone was friendly, and I am in love with this place.It’s also nice to go to a practice that cares about Men ‘s health. Women have entire hospitals dedicated to their health (for good reason) but it does feel nice to get special attention as a man these days even at this small level.5 stars all day from me and maybe for the first time ever I can’t wait to have a reason to go back to the doc.Cheers.

This was my first visit to the Cedar Park Total Mens and it was awesome! The ladies at the front were so friendly & welcoming (I didnt have an appointment). I was in & out in less than 10 min, and the swab was quick & painless.

I’ve been going to Total Mens for almost a year now. I have used 3 different locations and they have always been great.The most recent location I use is Cedar Park.The staff at the front is always friendly and on top of their stuff, knowing who you are and why you are here before you even fully walk in the door.My only criticism would be that it does typically take 1-3 days for them to actually submit your prescription to the pharmacy after your visit.It’s a small thing that I guess I can practice patience on because it could be due to policy / procedures for all I know.None the less they produce quality work and are killing the health care game.

I went to get a Covid rapid test so I could visit my father in his nursing home. A week or so iut I called and made the appointment. At that moment the gave me all the info I needed for very... i got my referal and brought it in today for the appointment. Yesterday they sent me a reminder text and sent me a few more questions so I could just get in and get out. That is exactly what happened. I got there, the looked at my stuff... i waited 87 seconds and they took me back. Two minutes later they tested me... fifteen minute later came in and gave me the results. Now I am waiting to go say hi to my dad in a few.They were fast, friendly and i appreciated them.

As a new patient, there were no issues experienced with my visit/appointment. The staff was friendly and attentive to my health. I am glad to find a PCP so close to my home and that have convenient hours.

Ive been going to Total Mens for over a year now and Im very impressed with their practice. I make my appointment online, get there about 5-10 minutes early, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes before they call me. The nurses and PAs are very professional yet its a nice, laid- back atmosphere. I highly recommend Total Mens, i only wish i found them sooner.

Rude receptionist dealt with her last month. I have used them before last month never had a problem now even my insurance cant get verified. Tried calling a diff location but Im assuming it is same call center because a person named Noell or something disconnected my call

Happy I switched primary care services here. Its nice knowing I dont have to worry about scheduling an appointment, hearing back from my provider via the portal, and most importantly, not having to advocate to be heard in terms of my healthcare. Ive never had billing issues, and the staff is always upfront about scheduling or potential patient responsibility in terms of costs.

This was my best Doctors visit ever as I completed the online forms prior to the appointment , showed up and checked in, and was shortly taken back to start the appointment with the RN. 5 minutes later I was meeting with the Nurse Practitioner whom used to be a Navy Corpsman. He listened to my concerns and got me on the right track and answered all of my questions.

We needed a rapid COVID test for a flight this morning. We made an appointment online, they comfirmed everything the day via text (which I love...and it was a real person!). We showed up, got the tests and were out and on the way to the airport in under half an hour!

Just the overall way they make me feel when I stop by for a doctors visit is awesome. I dont feel like Im just another dollar sign walking in the door and they actually take there time with each patient to make sure all questions are answered and they listen to the patient

I have been to this location 3 different times and each time the entire staff acted professionally while also caring about me as a patient. I dont enjoy going to the doctors office but these folks make it easy. In addition, Grace puts a needle in your arm and you dont even feel anything. Amazing technique. I love this location!!!!

Stay away from Total Men’s Primary Care. I went to this clinic for the reason of them specializing in men’s health. I only intended to interact with one location and ended up with 3 terrible interactions with 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. 1st location: Plaza Violente: went in for a yearly physical and they took blood from me. Instead of receiving results, i received a notification that my BLOOD WORK WAS NOT LABELED AND LOST and that I would have to go back into to do new blood work??? What??? That is a major health violation. 2nd location: Domain: Went in to get a redraw at this location and the medical assistant had my BLOOD SPEWING out of my arm. Luckily I’m not squeamish and didn’t pass out. 3rd location: Cedar Park- I called the office because they tried to CHARGE ME TWICE for the blood work that I had to redo. Somehow got in contact with this location. Spoke with the most disgusting and rude receptionist named “Noella” or “Noelle” ( her name is mentioned in a few other reviews as well.) She is so rude and nasty it’s unbelievable. She was dismissive and not helpful from the beginning. She hung up on me and when I called back several times she did not answer. Those 3 incidents will make me never go back to Total Men’s Primary Care ever. Stay away.

You don’t really want to go in for a covid19 test but they make you feel much more comfortable about it. Very clean rooms and the staff is also very friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time. With some good news on my test results.

Visited today fire a rapid Covid test. Sister and I both able to get appointments yesterday for today. Staff all friendly and process was very efficient. In and out well within expected time.

Went in for a COVID-19 testing. Im not symptomatic, but I wanted to visit my grandparents for the first time in a year.Clinic has their online appt setter and its easy to use. I walked in, waited 5mins and got the cotton upvthe nose 😲. Nurse, however, was a gentle as she could be, even though the test does have its very unsettling requirements to get an accurate test. I was out in 15minutes and the physician was very friendly and has a great sense of humor.GREAT CLINIC TO CHECK OUT!!

Went in for a covid test. Insurance covered it which is great. I had tried to get an appointment at Walgreens and CVS cause they were the first to come to mind and then someone recommended this place. Same day appointments available and short wait time. Got results back in less than an hour. How convenient is that. Also, it’s not just for men like the name suggests 😉

Awesome experience, normally use a different location but it isnt open on Saturdays. Walked in with no appointment and the great staff was still able to get me in and take care of me. I chose the Cedar Park location. The office is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. The office is nicely decorated, comfortable and stocked with drinks, coffee and snacks. There are 2 TVs tuned to ESPN to keep you company during the short wait. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I was in and out and on my way in no time at all.

Looking for a Covid rapid test and everywhere I called was booked. I was able get tested as a walk-in patient with minimal wait. The staff here is very welcoming and professional. I would absolutely recommend Total Men’s Primary Care.

Had to go in for a rapid Covid test. They were so accommodating with my need to change my appointment a few times. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the nurse and nurse practitioner were extremely kind and professional.

I had a very wholesome experience when I came in for a antibodies test and was greeted very kindly from the lady at the front desk and was offered some snacks while I was waiting.Within a few minutes I was called in for my test , and the nurse that did the test explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.I was referred by a workmate about this place and I will definitely be referring it to others.5 Stars for sure !

Ive been to two different Total Mens Primary Care locations this week & my experience was great at both. They were respectful & very informative. I was actually seen at the scheduled appointment times for both visits & didnt have to wait at all. I highly recommend them.

These guys have acted as my GP for 8 years now. Geoff Hughes is a great fit for any one needing a GP with field experience that cant be beat. A real pleasure and a safe choice.

It is always a good experience. Quick, simple and never anything unexpected. The staff is always friendly and professional and although it is not unusual to see a different doctor from one visit to the next, I know I will always see Katie at the front desk so no matter what, I know I will always be met with a great smile.

The front desk person is not empathetic, does not know how to deal with the public and does not represent this company. It is not very respectful. My appointment was at 11:30. But due to the unkind treatment of this person, I decided to leave and reschedule my appointment.

I have seen Dr Geoff now for 1 year now. His office staff is amazing!!! Very accommodating and always following up. I drive from Manor to Cedar Park just because the service here is top notch!!!!!!! Shout out to Grace and Lyndsey!!!

If anyone is questioning whether Total Mens Primary Care is worth a visit, may I answer that question? The staff I feel are very professional and caring. Being a walk in I was very surprised how fast I was seen even though there were scheduled patients coming in the facility. I will be using Total Mens Primary Care for all my Primary care needs in the future. Very clean place!!!! The facility I visited was located at 1431 and old 183 by the H.E.B. in Cedar Park.

Poor customer service. The doctor was unwilling to see me even though I had a scheduled appointment (that he stated would have taken too long) and walk ins were prioritized. I made an appointment for Saturday in person on Wednesday the 14th for a DOT physical for Saturday the 17th. I fasted 8 hrs prior to the appointment and arrive for the appointment and start going through the usual, blood pressure, temperature, weight and even a urinary sample before they stated I was scheduled for the wrong appointment. I was confused because when I set up the appointment it was for a DOT physical not a regular physical. They stated it was not my fault but whomever scheduled my appointment did not select the right one. They stated they have had many walk-ins and have alot of other scheduled appiontments and do not have the time to do a complete DOT physical. They stated the physical I was there for was only 25 minutes while the DOT physical is scheduled to take 45 minutes and they did not have enough time to complete it (20 minutes) . I asked about the progress that we had already made with the appointment (including the sample given) and they stated everything would be discarded and that I would have to reschedule. They claim to take walk-ins but would not complete a scheduled appointment. I would not recommend Total Mens Primary Care if you value your time.

We took the whole family of 5 here for Covid tests and were in and out in 15 minutes. The place was very clean, staff was friendly, and service was so efficient. I would highly recommend and I will go back for other issues.

I highly recommend this location. Katy is the receptionist of the year. She had all of my paperwork ready when I arrive, so that I could just relax in the waiting room without any hassle. Brittany is the only person who will ever draw blood from me if I can help it. Its as if she drew it without using a needle - fast and completely pain-free!! Dr. John is the man!! He gave me by far, the best diagnosis and consultation that Ive experienced in Austin - friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful (even with pricing scrips), and he knows what hes doing. I hate going to the doctors even once a year, but Id go here every week if I needed to.

Went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment needing a rapid covid test, they took both me and my husband. The process was as fast as the result. Would recommend to anyone needing a covid test. Friendly staff.

Total mens, in general, needs to drastically improve the check-in & payment process. It is incredibly slow and inefficient. It shouldnt take 10 minutes standing at the counter to sign in. This is common across all Total Mens Ive visited.

I havent been to a doctor in who knows how long, but the staff up there immediately made me feel comfortable. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and eager to help me. I know Ill be taken care of in my subsequent follow ups, and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Went for a rapid COVID-19 test. I have been to 2 other places for testing in the past and this by far was the best. Easy to book, results were back within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly staff. Easy to get appointments quickly.The FNP, Geoff Hughes is very good, very professional, easy to talk to, relates very well to the male patient. They make healthcare visits a pleasant experience.

Total Men’s is my go to for my primary care. They have several locations and most can accommodate you same day or the following. Their nurses are very well trained, I’m afraid of needles and I rarely feel any discomfort at all whenever blood work is required. I’m very impressed with their staff and accommodations. It’s about time men had places like these that make staying on top of your health easy, convenient and nonjudgmental (very important for LGBTQI patients).

The doctors visit was great. The receptionist was helpful and the staff were knowledgeable. I could go to any primary care I want but chose the one in Cedar Park

Would highly recommend! Lyndsy got me checked in and made sure I was comfortable, Grace was excellent in doing a blood draw for me and Dr Geoff is the man and the reason I drive all the way across town to come to this specific location! Thank you guys for making things so simple and painless!

Everyone was really welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It was a good experience and they answered all the health questions that I wanted to ask. Katie helped me clear up a few things and questions I had with scheduling at the end of my appointment. Really great service from her and all involved. Took my daughter to get a Rapid COVID test for work here at this Total Men’s Primary Care in Cedar Park and from start to finish they were EXCEPTIONAL! From scheduling to the front staff and the test administrator, all AMAZING! I could actually say it was NOT a scary experience for my daughter at all, she was very impressed and relaxed with entire time. I would definitely recommend this Total Men’s Primary Care in Cedar Park.
